If you are travelling from I-95, exit onto 278 heading towards Hilton Head. After travelling approximately eleven miles, look for Rose Hill Plantation on your left. (You will see a sign for the equestrian center). Turn left into Rose Hill. The equestrian center will be less than 1/8 of a mile on your left.

If you are traveling from Hilton Head Island, take 278 West. Rose Hill Plantation will be the next plantation after Belfair on your right. Turn right into Rose Hill, and the equestrian center will be less than 1/8 of a mile on your left.
